hp pavilion DV6-2162NR LAPTOP September 4, 2010 laptopguru This product is excellent for a college student or office personel but i purchase it for a student it has everything she needs in terms of storage and downloanding space
I got a typewriter for my High School graduation August 27, 2010 denise the gardener OK, so I finally converted to a PC after owning Macs for 20 years- for goodness sake, Apple, lower your prices! I could afford another Mac, but they've lost my business because their prices are so inflated. I've got to admit that the transition was painless and the set up was incredibly easy, even for a person such as myself who just learned to text 6 months ago. This laptop is just the perfect size for sitting on the dining room table, on my lap, or throwing into the car. It starts up quickly so I don't have time to walk away while it gets it's act together. The battery life has been enough for me so far to take in my truck for the day, the keyboard is well designed with a full, separate section for the nubmers, and the touchpad (which I hate using) isn't too sensitive- I've used other laptops where I had to tape a piece of cardboard over the touch pad because it was so sensitive! The screen is just big enough to allow a couple of windows to be open without me needing to find my reading glasses, and it looks as if there are lots of slots in the sides to plug things in if I ever find things I'd like to plug in :)
very happy August 24, 2010 Andre Butts (New Jersey, USA) My desktop was over 10 years old it was time for a change. I am a value buyer and this was a very good deal - good performance for the price. I plugged my wireless mouse and went to work. I am old school so I do not like hunting for the location of things in Windows 7. But that too will pass. I have not hooked up a TV receiver yet. Yes I am going to plug in an over-the-air HD tuner to my wireless network.
Review on HP Laptop DV62162-NR August 24, 2010 SonuRao Laptop is fine... but the Webcam clarity is horrible.
